Working with MONO on this spot was one of those quietly rewarding experiences where everyone brings their best and nobody’s trying too hard to be clever. The challenge was classic filmmaking smoke-and-mirrors: make a backyard pool feel like the open sea. In other words, a VFX dream—and a logistical headache. But somehow, through some careful framing and digital magic, it worked. The Peroni campaign as a whole had this refined, unmistakably European feel—elegant without being fussy. Honestly, it was a joy. One of those rare jobs where the ambition matched the aesthetic, and no one had to pretend the pool was anything other than cold.
